6. Right to Refuse Service . All persons staying at the Ensenada Beach House Hotel must follow all rules and regulations of the hotel, and failure to do so will terminate your stay without a refund. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for any reason. No unregistered guests are allowed in the rooms, or in the courtyard. These rules are for your safety, please observe them.

7. Guests . Only registered guests of the Ensenada Beach House have access to rooms, courtyard areas, pool and other guest-only accommodations. Failure to follow these rules for guest behavior will terminate your stay at the Ensenada Beach House Hotel.

8. Reservations . When a reservation is booked through our website, the reservation is confirmed upon payment processing. If you are unable to keep your reservation you must notify the Ensenada Beach House Hotel prior to 72 hours of the stay in order to avoid cancellation fees. All reservations cancelled after 72 to hours prior to the stay will result in cancellation fees totaling one night's stay.

No Shows - If you do not show up on your arrival date and have failed to inform us that you wish to cancel your booking, this is meant as No Show. No Shows will be charged a cancellation fee in the amount of one night's stay.
